We provide a printable ring sizer on our website. Measure
your finger at the end of the day when it's largest, or visit a local jeweler
for an accurate fit. Bracelet sizes are listed in inches/cm with a fit guide.

3. What is your return or exchange policy?

We offer a 30-day return or exchange policy for unworn items
in original condition. Return shipping is at the customer's expense unless the
item is defective or arrives damaged. Contact us to start the process.

4. How should I care for my jewelry?

Store pieces separately to avoid scratches. Clean gently
with a soft cloth and mild soap; avoid harsh chemicals, perfumes, and swimming
pools. For gold-plated items, remove before water exposure to maintain the
finish.

We use genuine natural gemstones (e.g., amethyst, quartz)
and high-quality lab-created stones where noted. All descriptions clearly state
the stone type for transparency.

Standard shipping within Canada takes 5–10 business days.
Expedited options are available at checkout. International orders may take
10–20 business days depending on location.
