These terms apply when you browse, interact with or purchase from the La Belle Toronto online store. You must be legally able to enter into a purchase agreement and provide accurate, current information. If you purchase for another person, you remain responsible for the order and the information you submit.

You are responsible for keeping account credentials confidential and for activity carried out through your account. Contact customer care promptly if you believe an account or order has been used without authorization. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect customers or the storefront.

Product pages describe the information available to us for each piece, including options, dimensions or material details where confirmed. Screen settings, lighting and natural production variation can affect how colour, scale and finish appear. The product page available at checkout forms part of your order.

Prices are displayed in the currency selected on the storefront. Applicable discounts, shipping and taxes are shown before the order is submitted where Shopify checkout can calculate them. Payment must be authorized by the selected payment provider.

You can review and correct your cart and delivery information before payment. A confirmation email means we have received the order; it does not guarantee acceptance. We may contact you or cancel and refund an order when payment fails, information is incomplete, inventory is unavailable, fraud is suspected or a clear pricing error occurred.

Contact us as soon as possible if an order detail is wrong. Once processing or fulfilment has begun, a change or cancellation may no longer be possible. If the order has already shipped, the authorized return process and current Refund Policy apply.

Delivery windows are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier conditions, customs, weather and other events outside our reasonable control may affect timing. Current fulfilment guidance is set out in our Shipping Policy.

Eligibility, timing, condition requirements and the authorized return process are described in our Refund Policy. Do not send an item to the parcel sender or any unconfirmed address; contact customer care first for the correct instructions.

Promotions may have their own dates, eligibility rules and exclusions. Unless a promotion says otherwise, offers cannot be combined, exchanged for cash or applied retroactively. A code is valid only when checkout accepts it and displays the adjusted total before payment.

Digital gift cards are subject to the value, currency, delivery and redemption details shown when purchased. They are not redeemable for cash except where required by law. Any additional eligibility, expiry or refund terms will be displayed on the gift card product page before purchase.

La Belle Toronto names, artwork, photography, copy and storefront design may not be copied, republished or commercially exploited without permission. Do not interfere with store security, misuse automated tools, submit fraudulent information or use the storefront for unlawful activity.

Shopify, payment providers, carriers, tracking services and linked third parties may process parts of the experience under their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for content or services operated independently by those third parties.

We work to keep storefront information current, but an occasional typographical, pricing or availability error may occur. We may correct an error, request confirmation or cancel and refund an affected order. We will not substitute a different item without your agreement.

We may update the storefront and these terms prospectively. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits a statutory consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any limitation applies only to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
