Measure a ring you own
Choose a ring that fits the same finger. Measure straight across its centre, from inside edge to inside edge, in millimetres. Compare that diameter with the table.

Measure your finger
Wrap a narrow paper strip around the base of your finger without pulling tight. Mark where it meets, then measure the length in millimetres. Check that the loop can pass over your knuckle. Compare the length with the circumference column.

Repeat with warm hands at the end of the day. Between sizes, consider the larger size. Wider bands can feel snugger; a jeweller can confirm your fit if you are unsure.
